This is a test form. On form submit, the form’s info should be emailed to acpala@acpa-la.com; however, if the sender email is on a gmail server (e.g. brianwoldconsulting@gmail.com), the form email never arrives. FYI, this is the Contact Form 7 plugin on WordPress platform.
