Our client is a semi-retired CEO, (vaccinated) lives in the South Bay (location disclosed to candidates), the office is in Carson/Long Beach area. You would work mostly from home unless you need to drop something off or pick up at the office or otherwise. It would be assisting principal with checking vitamins and re-ordering prescriptions or planning travel to the Hawaii home and handing off to staff there (or staff at the South Bay beach home) and a myriad of other duties from calendars to travel bookings to gift purchasing, and other ad-hoc needs.
They don’t do big parties or go out very much, client is healthy, energetic, older/semi-retired – they like their quiet life but need help with calendars, proactively scheduling appointments, identifying needs before it is asked for. Being a concierge or lifestyle manager type PA is what this role requires. A soft, gentle nurturing touch would work best here.
Monday-Friday (on call if needed but by phone/text not in person), 830am-5pm with very little after hours
