Riveter Consulting Group is now hiring an Executive Personal Assistant for a home office in Pacific Palisades. Must be Covid vaccinated. The ideal Executive Personal Assistant is a prior athlete who understands the mentality of teamwork and knows how to roll with punches. The Assistant must know how to have balance and professionalism in-house, dress conservatively (business casual , no torn jeans), and 100% work independently.

Schedule
Monday – Friday
9am -5pm (40 hrs)

Responsibilities: ·
· Home office management on Estate
· Scheduling vendors
· Supervising Housekeeping staff
· Business-related tasks like handling travel, logistics, reviewing contracts, etc.
· Working with the business manager
· Credit card – itemizing receipts
· Keeping calendar for Mrs and Mr

Compensation:
$70,000 – $75,000/year DOE
Benefits: Partial cell phone, partial medical – no dental, vision or 401k
