Riveter Consulting Group is now assisting a husband/wife director to unearth a resourceful and efficient personal assistant to help manage their LA homes. This candidate will be required to be at the Hollywood office and the client’s home which range from Studio City to Malibu. Interested candidates must submit their application here


(40-50 hrs per week)
The typical schedule is Mon-Friday 9am -5pm, but must be highly flexible to work around those times

•Coordinate with home and office staff
•Advance the vacation rentals for set-up
•Manage vendors and contractors
•Gift purchase and wrapping
•Research (Vacations, travel, shopping, and gifts)
•Shopping and purchases

•At least 5 years of PA and House Management experience
•Familiar with smart home technology (Savant)
•Experience driving large SUV’s
•Must be vaccinated and be at the office for testing twice per week
