Riveter Consulting Group is now hiring an experienced Executive Personal Assistant who will also assist their House Manager for a fully staffed 16,000 sq ft Hidden Hills home. The ideal candidate is really hands-on, proactive, and a team player. This is a newly acquired home for the family with many ongoing design projects. Both parents work from home and want someone that knows how to navigate around the principals while working.

The House Manager primarily assists the Mrs. The Mr. is looking for assistance with his large company and scheduling. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a CEO, and/ or High-profile client.

Schedule: 40 Hrs Guaranteed (Possibly work remotely on occasion)
Mon- Friday with flexibility for events and projects

Responsibilities:
· Handle the Mr./CEO’s schedule
· Assist the CEO with large company
· Ability to work independently from home
· Assist the House Manager as needed
· Possible pet care assistance with 5 pds chihuahua
· Assist with events on the property – Book staff and be present to supervise the event
· Party management

Compensation
