Hello! I’m a full-time Estate Manager/PA based in San Francisco. My principals recently started spending more and more time at their new homes in Venice and as such, we’re in need of some local help. This will be an hourly contractor position on-call for the following tasks. Hours will vary but ideally we would like someone who lives quite close to Venice and is flexible to take on as few or as many hours as are needed. My best guess would be the average week would require around 5-10 hours.

Principals are a lovely young couple, kind and fun to be around.

– local shopping and errands

– managing local vendors, letting them into the home, supervising

– minimal home organization

– helping coordinate care for a small friendly dog

– coordinating online shopping returns, dry cleaning pick up and drop off

– stocking the house with food, making sure they have meals for the week

– getting the house ready for guests

– bring packages inside, open them, break down boxes to recycle

– stopping by the house while they’re traveling to check on it, bring packages inside
