Personal Assistant / Lifestyle Director

Seeking an exceptionally polished and ideally multi-lingual EPA/Lifestyle Director for an UHNW, jet setting client with residences in WeHo, Malibu, Vail and London.  The client is highly involved in the arts as well as philanthropic and political causes and needs a poised and seasoned right hand to assist in all aspects of her hectic schedule.  Position will be based out of principals home, office and also some remote aspect. The client travels extensively and a willingness to assist with logistics whilst abroad is essential. Exceptional comp package offered with a hefty base, plus full benefits and OT.  Clients are in Europe for the Summer but this role can start immediately. A full team is in place, this role would solely cater to the Mrs. who needs someone to seamlessly anticipate her needs.

We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support across business and personal affairs while ensuring the seamless management of a dynamic schedule and multiple residences.

This role works closely with the Principal and an established support team to coordinate all aspects of daily life, travel, communications, and special projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage complex business, personal, social, and philanthropic calendars.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics.
Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
Draft correspondence, manage communications, and oversee invitations.
Coordinate events, dinners, meetings, and special occasions.
Maintain household records, databases, contacts, and administrative systems.
Oversee schedules and communication with household and office staff.
Track charitable requests, donations, and philanthropic initiatives.
Conduct research and prepare briefings, reports, and recommendations.
Manage personal appointments, reservations, gifting, and concierge requests.
Run errands and provide hands on support as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 5 years supporting senior executives, principals, or public figures.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Experience managing complex calendars, travel, and multiple priorities.
Highly discreet with impeccable judgment and professionalism.
Detail oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently.
Global awareness, sophistication, and a service focused mindset.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Multilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
