Full Time Job
We are a staffing agency looking for a Personal Assistant to a Producer. This position is an in-person role.  All candidates must be local to Los Angeles and have prior experience as a Personal Assistant working out of a home office.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Managing calendar, including scheduling meetings and personal appointments
• Respond email correspondence
• Assisting with the coordination of projects and events
• Booking / coordinating travel
• Preparing itineraries
• General office and administrative duties including filing
• Shopping including gift buying

• Sorting and Organizing wardrobe
• Processing / tracking returns
• Shipping packages

• Receiving and unpacking packages

• Inventory

• Purchasing household goods
• Running errands
• Interacting with household staff and office staff

• Special projects as needed

Requirements and Skills:
• Bachelors degree is preferred
• 3 to 5 years experience working out of a home office as a Personal Assistant
• MUST be MAC/PC proficient
• Excellent verbal and written skills

• Must be polished and able to interact with a variety of personal and professional contacts
• Drivers license, car insurance and reliable car

• Highly organized

• Team Player

• Positive attitude with a no job too small or too big mentality
• Must have impeccable references

Salary
Up to $120K DOE + benefits
