We are an entertainment staffing agency looking for a Personal Assistant for our high-profile client This position is an in-person role working out of a home office.  Again, this is an in-person role, it is not remote. All candidates must be local to Los Angeles.  This is not a 24-7 role and perfect for someone who is a writer and needs a great work / life balance.

Duties include but are not limited to:

– Calendar management
– Email correspondence
– Itineraries

– Gift buying
– Running errands
– Interacting with business partners, family and home staff

– Other duties and special projects as needed

– Personable and professional
– Positive attitude
– Attention to detail
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Discretion with confidential information
– A team player
– Organized and calm under pressure
– Punctual
– PC/MAC savvy

– Ability to interact with all levels of business as well as with outside high-profile executives
– Proactive

– Excellent references are required
– Valid driver license, car insurance and dependable car

Salary: Up to $50K DOE
