Personal Assistant needed to help with concierge company’s clients

Boutique Concierge is a Personal Assistant and Errand Service company with the mission to help reduce stress in our community. We do so by helping busy professionals have more time and less stress, so they can enjoy life instead of feeling stressed and overwhelmed all the time.

Responsibilities:

You’ll have a variety of clients that you’ll be helping in a weekly basis. You’ll be responsible to fulfill their requests with the highest standard of professionalism, and to schedule the follow-up appointments.

This role is ideal for candidates who like to be active and on the go. We are seeking a Personal Concierge to help our clients with:

• To-Do Lists
• Project Management
• Property Management
• Personal Assistant tasks
• Errands
• Shopping
• Etc.

Candidate must (NO EXCEPTIONS):

• Live in the city of Los Angeles.
• Have reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
• Be willing to authorize and pass a criminal background check.
• Have a “can do” attitude.

It is also helpful to be comfortable around family pets and be in a household environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Personal Assistant/ Personal Concierge and/or Property Manager is a MUST.
• Fluent in English.
• Computer literate.
• Can anticipate clients’ needs.
• Must be able to problem solve and work independently.
• Must also be able to follow direction and work comfortably in a team atmosphere.
• Is service-oriented, has a warm and enthusiastic personality, and core values that align with our company’s.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk unassisted, lift 20 lbs, drive, and have adequate vision and hearing.

Hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm.

Compensation: $27.50/hour for the first 3 months; $30.00/hour afterwards.
