We are seeking a highly organized and discreet individual to serve as an Personal Assistant for a high-profile Actress, Producer, and Screenwriter based in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the household. The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $85,000  commensurate with experience and skills. This role will report into the Chief of Staff.


Confidentiality: Maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of work, especially concerning the principal’s personal and professional matters.

Daily Liaison: Act as a point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and organization of principals’ schedule.

Errand Running: Run various errands, including but not limited to grocery shopping, dry cleaning, gift purchases, and handling personal tasks efficiently.

Administrative Task: Provide general administrative assistance, including document preparation, filing, and research tasks.

Calendar Management: Maintain and organize the principal’s

schedule, including setting appointments, making reservations, and coordinating meetings.

Packing Assistance: Assist with packing and unpacking for tours and trips, ensuring all necessary items are ready and well-organized.

Pet Care: Responsible for the care and well-being of the principal pets, including feeding, occasional walking, and veterinary appointments.

Travel/Travel Preparation: Seamlessly coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including but not limited to wardrobe selection, equipment organization, and travel logistics. There will also include occasional travel with the principal

House Management:  Manage stock supplies for business needs and principle preferences, ensuring everything is well-stocked and organized. Manage the house during the principal’s absence, ensuring security and organization.


Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within the entertainment industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly professional and adaptable, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Familiarity with Los Angeles and its resources.
Knowledge of pet care and pet-friendly activities.
Must be able to move or lift items that are at least 15 lbs
