Expectations & Workplace Standards

To help you build exceptional professional habits, we hold a few core workplace boundaries:

Focus Time: Employees are expected to put personal phones away during their shift.

Life Skills You’ll Take Away

You won’t just have earned a paycheck; you’ll possess a complete toolkit of high-value life skills. You’ll know how to budget, research like a professional, manage assets, stay hyper-organized, and confidently tackle complex projects in any career path you choose.  AND, if you are interested in pursuing a career in any of these fields (which are notoriously difficult to break into without prior experience)  you will walk away with an unmatched competitive edge and a trusted professional reference to launch your future.
