Full service staffing agency for Household and Executive Support

This is a position for a forward thinking, highly attentive, team-oriented, poised yet positive Personal Assistant looking to grow long-term with an amazing family. This is a family seven – 4 children and 1 dog – so candidate must love children and enjoy dogs. While this position is based in Montecito, the candidate should be willing and able to travel as needed.

Position Summary

Manage family calendar including, but not limited to appointments, reservations, travel, horse shows, and etc.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review action items and facilitate decisions related to household, family, travel, schedule and etc.
Collaborate with household staff – Estate Manager, Executive Housekeeper, Chef, and Nanny
Execute personal and household shopping, shipping and returns
Organize, pack, ship and receive deliveries and packages
Make purchases for the family and household as directed.
Assist family with driving the children to their appointments/activities
Ensure family vehicles are washed and gassed weekly
Schedule and book personal travel and trip logistics for household members.
Assist with packing and unpacking for principals travel
Reconcile monthly expense report for company card usage
Make personal appointments on behalf of principals
Conduct and present research options when requested by principals
Maintain clients personal files
Organize and plan family events as needed
Must be open to taking on new responsibilities not listed here as the family’s needs are evolving and will change from time to time.
