Riveter Consulting Group is now seeking a unique career Personal / Executive Assistant to support a high-net-worth creative industry professional, from the Principal’s Greater London home. Our client is a kind, warm and conscientious individual, with a variety of ongoing projects, who requires someone extremely experienced to assist and support with all aspects of day-to-day life. This is a long-term position, 45+ hours per week, flexible, competitive salary based on candidates’ experience. The assistant will be required to live in the principal’s home and care for her animals when she travels. This employer will have her record label assist with the Visa process and relocation services

Responsibilities to anticipate:
•Managing – schedule, private appointments, business diary, property matters, work, and personal administration
•Personal shopping
•Property and pet sitting
•Errands
•Expense management
•Regular telephone communications/face-to-face check-in
•Tactical and strategic meetings and discussions
This role would suit someone who enjoys the variation of working alone, in a quiet office onsite, to being diligent and quick thinking in public settings. You will occasionally be asked to stay at the residence and work evenings, including travel. Requirements are stable work history, references, drivers license and own vehicle, minimal notice period
