Position Overview

A high-profile household in Calabasas is seeking a polished, intuitive, and highly dependable Personal Assistant & House Manager to support day-to-day operations of a private residence and the personal needs of the principals.

This role is ideal for a true private-service professional — someone who works quietly, anticipates needs, pivots seamlessly, and understands how to blend into a serene, high-trust home environment. Discretion, professionalism, and proactive thinking are essential.

The role currently averages about a 30-hour workweek, but could easily shift back to a more full-time role soon, given evolving professional schedules and requirements for 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Grocery shopping, household restocking, and supply management
Errand running, returns, and personal task execution
Email inbox and calendar management
Coordination with internal staff and household team members
Meeting contractors, tradespeople, and service providers
Managing vendor appointments, deliveries, and on-site access
Maintaining household organization and operational flow
Anticipating needs, particularly when principals are at home
Supporting a calm, organized, and “Zen” household environment

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, House Manager, or similar private-service role
Strong administrative background with excellent organizational skills
Highly intuitive, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
Exceptional written and verbal communication, a tripe checker/proofreader
Comfortable working independently and as part of a larger team
Absolute discretion and confidentiality required
Ability to anticipate needs and pivot quickly when priorities shift

Additional Requirements

Must be local to the Los Angeles, Calabasas area

Compensation

$35.00 per hour – guaranteed 30-hour work week.
